Temporary storage and delivery to Hungary of items ordered from the UK

If you want to order a product from the UK but cannot have it delivered directly to your own address, our online shopping and storage service offers a convenient solution.

We temporarily store your eBay, Amazon or other UK online shop orders in our secure warehouse in England.

This way, you can take advantage of the favourable terms of online shopping even if you live outside the UK and the seller does not offer direct delivery to Hungary.

How does storage and delivery of online shop orders work?

Once your online order has been placed, your parcel is delivered to our warehouse. We then arrange for it to be collected with our next scheduled shipment and delivered to the address you provide in Hungary.

We provide our warehouse address to customers free of charge, giving you access to an official address in England where your shipment can be delivered first.

NOT JUST FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You can use our storage service not only for online product orders. You can also entrust us with the short- or long-term storage of goods and personal belongings.

Online shopping & storage service
– order process

Warehouse order

Place an order on our website under the Order menu and select the delivery from our warehouse service for one of the available dates. Parcels are collected from our warehouse every Thursday.

Online shopping

Once you have placed your warehouse order with Angolcsomag, you will receive a 5-digit order reference number. Use this reference when ordering your chosen products from an online shop and have them delivered to our warehouse, for example from Amazon or eBay.

Customer details

When placing your online order, enter the buyer’s name in the following format: Your name + PROANG + order reference number For example: József Kiss PROANG 78888. This allows us to identify your parcel when it arrives at our warehouse.

Confirmation

We will confirm your warehouse order by email and receive your online purchase at our warehouse.

Collection

We collect your parcel from our warehouse during the selected collection period and notify you in advance about delivery.

Delivery and payment

We deliver your online shopping parcel during the scheduled delivery period. You can pay the delivery and storage fees either in cash or by bank transfer.
