How to place an order

You can add up to 30–50 parcels to your shipment, but it is important to measure each item accurately.

We provide full-vehicle removals for larger moves in both directions: from England to Hungary when moving home, and from Hungary to England when relocating abroad.

What to expect
when you move with Angolcsomag

Online assessment

As the first step in your move, we assess the quantity, size and destination of your belongings online. This is quick, convenient and provides an accurate basis for preparing your quote.

Scheduling

Based on the assessment, we provide a clear quote and then agree on the collection date and time. We match the appropriate vehicle and transport solution to the size of your move.

Payment and deposit

To confirm the transport, we only require a small part of the agreed transport fee as a deposit. The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery of your shipment.

Collection

We collect your parcels, furniture and personal belongings at the agreed time. Depending on the size of your move, we can provide a 12 m³ van or even a 20 m³ curtain-sided truck.

Direct transport

Your belongings are not subjected to unnecessary reloading or handling, making the moving process safer and faster.

3-5 day delivery

We deliver the complete shipment to the specified address within 3–5 days. We always agree the exact delivery time with you in advance, so you know when to expect us. If needed, we can also provide storage.

Important information about removals

1Customs clearance, documents and customs charges
Naturally, many people are unfamiliar with the customs procedures that have applied since Brexit – and that is completely understandable. At Angolcsomag, we take care not only of the transport itself, but also of the necessary administration behind the scenes, making the whole process easier for you.
To complete customs clearance, we only need a few official documents:

Passport
Proof of address in England (utility bill, tenancy agreement or Council Tax bill)
Proof of address in Hungary (utility bill, property ownership document or tenancy agreement)

Once you have provided these documents, there is nothing further for you to arrange – we take care of the entire customs clearance process.

Your personal belongings are customs-cleared as your own property for the purpose of moving home, which means no customs duty is payable.
2Customs clearance costs
The customs clearance fee is already included in the quote we provide, so there are no additional charges on top of this.

If you are also transporting a motorcycle with your household belongings, we will need the vehicle registration document in addition to the documents listed above.

Customs clearance for the motorcycle is handled under a separate customs procedure, which costs £217.

This procedure ensures that the vehicle can be registered smoothly in Hungary or in your chosen destination country.
3Which European countries does Angolcsomag provide removal services to?
We primarily provide small-scale and full-vehicle international removals between Hungary and England. However, for individual requirements, our experienced team can also arrange removals to any European country.
4Parcel labelling: What information do I need to put on my parcels?
For full-vehicle removals, there is no need to label the parcels separately or attach an identification number. As the vehicle is not unloaded and reloaded during transport, your belongings are taken directly from the collection address to the destination. For small-scale removals carried out as part of our scheduled service, you will need to attach the order reference number sent to you in the confirmation email to each parcel. The reference number is provided in a printable format and helps us identify and handle your shipment accurately.
5What vehicles and load capacities are available?
We can provide a range of vehicles to suit the requirements of your move.

Our fleet includes 12 m³ vans with a load capacity of up to 1,200 kg, as well as 20 m³ curtain-sided trucks.

We determine the required load space for you in every case, so you do not need to estimate the transport capacity yourself. This not only makes the planning process easier, but also helps avoid unnecessary costs, ensuring that your move is carried out as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
6Is insurance included for the belongings being moved?
We hold international road carrier’s liability insurance, providing cover up to a total value of €50,000.

In accordance with the terms of our insurance policy, our company assumes the liability placed on the carrier under the international CMR Convention. This provides cover for damage caused by loss of or damage to the goods while they are being transported.
